A Filipino child, Iya Virtudez, needs your help

The above youtube video is not a hoax.

The child in the video is Iya Virtudez, 7 years old. She is residing at 3081-E Gumamela Ext. Bgy. Heneral T. de Leon, Valenzuela City, Philippines. She needs our help.

She is suffering from third degree burns since June 2013. While playing outside of their house, an electric transformer exploded. She was near it and the fire caught her. Sadly, as far as I know, the Manila Electric Co. has yet to offer their help to the child.
